Good Day,
My name is Angela Bryce-Thurton and my daughter Morgan Bryce-Thurton attends P.S. 57 Crescent in the Bronx.
I sent your store an email on October 16th 2015 to confirm that the payment had been received and I never heard back from anyone in the office. Transaction ID in the amount is $30.00.

I have been trying to get my money back for pictures that I never received. I paid for them through paypal according to the form that the school gave out to the parents.
I called your office and spoke to a young lady that stated she had been only working with your company for 2 months.
I opened a claim with paypal and still you never answer. I am offering an olive branch to you once again before I take it to my bank to start the process of getting my money back.

At this point I NO LONGER WANT THE PICTURES.

Sorry that we did not received you previous e-mails. Only one I found was one you send us on the picture day after photographer left the school (in red).

Look like photographer did not received your order envelope on first picture day and same happened on retake picture day. He can not see e-mails send After the time he is taking pictres. Sorry. We do not offer this service to schools at this time. So we will not be able to find your individual pictures - they was not made..
Class picture I will e-mail you tomorrow after the picture day at about 2PM.

Sorry that you asked evrybody just us to return your money. It's FIRST time you asked right way - by e-mail.

Send you $30 by PAYPAL to your e-mail address you used for payment parisdiamond2000@aol.com
Usually it takes PAYPAL 3-5 business days to get them on the same card you used for payment or they will give you an option to open PAYPAL account.. PAYPAL will send you confirmation e-mail as well.
