Click here, chose a background picture, click on it - on the left you will see REFERENCE NUMBER - it's a background name.

We will not be taking the senior photos at this date, just taking photos for the school database. The senior sponsors will reach out separately to plan those photos.

Can you please provide a quote for pictures? We estimate having 250 9th - 11th grade students, 70 12th grade students, and 45 staff members. As a school, we will purchase a digital copy of each student's picture to use in the yearbook and for student IDs. Each 12th grader will take both a normal school photo and a formal one (no gown photos at this time - just the tuxedos and black drapes).

Hi David,
While this is short notice, if you're available, I would like to schedule 2 picture days at Democracy Prep Harlem High School. Our address is 212 West 120th Street. Please provide a quote to us if we were to purchase digital copies of each student and staff member (315 students, 40 staff members). We will also give the opportunity for students to purchase them, but as I know the high school market for class pictures is low, as a school, we will compensate for digital copies.
We are looking to arrange a representative to come on two days:
Either August 23rd or August 24th
9th and 10th grade students (approximately 200)
August 30th
11th and 12th grade students (approximately 115)
The students will be in the building from 8am to 1pm these days; staff photos can take place whenever would work in to your schedule.
I look forward to hearing from you, and I hope that you are able to fit us in to your schedule!
