Q. What is the Picture Day Date for our school this year?
A. Your school will get NYC School Picture Day Posters, Picture Day Order Envelopes and/or Reminder Notices about a 4 weeks before picture day. School will post Posters around the school about 2 weeks prior the picture day and will send you Order Envelopes.
Now most schools also have volunteers that announce Picture Day in e-mails, in school newsletters, school calendars.

A. We will deliver your child’s portraits to the NYC school within two to three weeks of Picture Day for prepaid system and within 3 weeks after the Expiration date for school order for proofing system.
Q. How do I order more pictures if I really like them?
A. To order more pictures, please contact us and send us a full picture number and your e-mail address. We will assist you all the way.
Q. What if I don’t like the portrait?
A. If our school have a RETAKE or ABSENTEE picture day date we will re-photograph your child on this date. You can also return your portraits to us for a full unconditional refund within 90 days.
Q. What if I am missing pictures?
A. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us. We usually answer all e-mails within 24 hours.

A. No, but we’d be happy to recommend a least 2 yearbook companies.
