A. Hi Tyasia.
You are new user of our system - let me explain HOW WE WORK with school and e-mail orders.
FIRST SCHOOL ORDER
After we received first order ( by e-mail or pick up) and no school order is opened - we create SCHOOL ORDER FOLDER and put this order in it and set EXPIRATION DATE in 5 days later.
If other orders come within 3 days
1) we add them to the SCHOOL ORDER FOLDER
2) change EXPIRATION DATE at 3 days after last order received.
If there is no new orders within 3 days - we print SCHOOL ORDER and mail it FREE to the school address.
SECOND SCHOOL ORDER
After we received next order after we mailed first school order -
we create 2nd SCHOOL ORDER FOLDER 2 and put this order in it and set EXPIRATION DATE in 7 days later. If other orders come within 7 days
1) we add them to the SCHOOL ORDER FOLDER same day
2) change EXPIRATION DATE at 7 days after last order received.
If there is no new orders within 7 days - we print SCHOOL ORDER 2 and mail it FREE to the school address
So as you can see second school order - much SLOWER.
After it mailed out - ALL other orders considered INDIVIDUAL LATE orders and charged at our regular price and mailed directly to the students home addresses only. We have some orders coming in 3- 5 years AFTER the picture day.
