In ordering, should the senior students submit orders to me and then mail to you? Or is it easier for them to do this online?

A. Hi Zarah.
That's how it works with proofing system we used in your high school.
Seniors submit orders to you, you can advise them to use discount coupons and help them get refund for a sitting fee if they paid it. You put all students orders together as a school order. Whenever you are ready - call for order pick up. Usually we pick up school order within 2-3 hours and deliver packages back to school within 10 days. First 2 pick ups and deliveries - FREE. Next ones - $20 each.
Sure they can do orders online as well. We will just add them to school order we picked up. Unless they want to pay HOME DELIVERY fee of $10.95 this year (shipping companies raise their prices every year) - so we will FEDEX picture package to their home.
After second delivery of school orders - all other orders considered late. Students have to order them online only, can not use any discount coupons (like buy 1, get ALL other ones 50% off) and they have to pay for HOME DELIVERY.
