Will each staff member get their own single portrait? I apologize for all the questions I just want to make sure I have answers for when our staff comes up to me.

Dear Arleny
Standard procedures that we provide for all our school customers:
1) Staff members photographed can get FREE 2-5x7 or 1-8x10 individual portrait - photographer will ask them what size they choose on picture day.
2) Teachers - will get FREE class pictures
3) Staff picture - all standing together - we will print as many as many members on the picture - for each one of them in 5x7,6x8 or 8x10 - your choice.
We will print and frame (first year it's FREE, after that - up to $200) poster size 16x20, 20x24, 24x30 or 24-36 - size - your choice for school office. If you will provide names - ROW by ROW from left to right - we will put names on the poster. These poster size pictures with names stay in schools like forever - I know some posters that are 80+ years old.
Keep in mind that all our e-mails considered part of your contract with our company
