Good morning Arleny,
Sure, we can take a full staff picture but wouldn't it be easier if we photograph them all individually and create a staff composite picture?
This way, the children will not be left unattended.

How does the composite picture work?
Also we usually do the staff picture at the end of the day when all the students leave, that’s around 2:30pm

Im actually not a fan of the composite picture, we usually take a full staff picture together
Attached is a draft schedule for picture day, I don’t see the photographers waiting to long to take the picture.
